Mindful Creativity

Sleep is important. We talk about sleep. It’s like water, this essential ingredient in the make up of daily life, feeding and sustaining us. It can be harder to feel as grounded without enough sleep, like undergoing a personality change, where irritability and fear are closer to the surface and the seams of the world begin to the show up. (How strangely fluid we are…I guess this gives life potential.)
